We had a great meal here! Friendly service and excellent food. What a great idea to have KBBQ in a cup. Ava gave us a sample to try because we couldn’t make up our mind, everything sounded and looked so good. Very clean facilities and fast service. 10/10 would recommend, we will be back! Didn't catch any names but the people working today were friendly and personable, great customer service. As always, the food was amazing. We even got a little fish shaped ice cream on the house for our daughter which was super yummy. Totally coming back to this location specifically!
So excited Cupbop is in town!! The staff gave me a friendly holla as I was welcomed in. I was in and out within like 2 minutes and then I proceeded to have the best afternoon enjoying chicken katsu and bbq beef in one hand and my new favorite book in the other on a gorgeous day at the park with my little. Perfect grab and go meal!! My 6 year old loved it. Kimchi was good, too.
Our order was made wrong. We came back in and a nice girl with cute pink hair was SO kind. And so so apologetic, she quickly made it correctly (pretty sure it was another worker that made our food initially) because she remade it perfect and put smiley’s on our receipt. We appreciate her kindness and our food was yummy too!
Went to the grand opening recently. Decent line but not too bad. Staff was super friendly and food was awesome! Level 5 spice is sooo tasty — like a spicy mayo situation! I have a weaker spice tolerance and 5 was perfect. Meats were delicious too
Used to eat here in Utah, love having them in AZ! Staff was great and food was fresh. Will be back again.

My first time visiting cupbop. You’re greeted (loudly) by the employees. It’s a pretty cool concept, unique to this part of town. Pick your meats (spicy chicken, Korean bbq pork, beef, several others) it comes with rice, veggies, noodles and you pick your spice level for the sauce. They have a few other sides. The pot stickers are super fresh and tasty. There were a ton of people working in there (almost too many it seemed but they kept getting backed up waiting for items from the kitchen) which I’m sure is because they are brand new and working out the kinks. I thought my meal was really tasty. Good portion, unique flavors, decently priced (about 12 a bowl) I’ll definitely go back and try some other menu items. It’s a cool vibe and you should check it out if in the area.
